第一次在澳門吃木糠布甸,驚為天人,以後每次到澳門,都必定會吃。當地幾乎每一間店都做得很好。現在,雖然在香港也能吃到,但水準參差,不如親手試做。

材料(二人分量)
馬利餅碎 1包
鮮奶 2湯匙
淡忌廉 300g
甜忌廉 100g
做法
1. 淡忌廉和甜忌廉打至8成挺身。加入鮮奶拌勻至滑。
2. 在杯子內放入少許(1),再放上少許餅碎,如此類推,梅花間竹的鋪上三層忌廉和三層餅碎。
3. 放入雪櫃冷藏一晚或至少6小時。
貼士
1. 如想試試新口味,可轉用Oreo餅碎或可可粉。
2. 瑪利餅碎或 Oreo 餅碎可在甜品用具專門店買到。
Portuguese Biscuit Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1 packet crushed Marie Biscuits
2 tbsp Milk
300g Whipping Cream
100g Topping Cream
STEP
1. Beat whipping cream, and topping cream until 80% blended. Add milk slowly, mix until creamy and smoothly.
2. Pour a little of the cream mixture into a cup, top with a layer of crushed Marie biscuits. Repeat until there are 3 layers of cream and 3 layers of biscuits.
3. Chill in the freezer overnight or for at least 6 hours.
TIPS
1. Can replace Marie biscuits with Oreo biscuits or cocoa powder for a more chocolate flavour.
2. Crushed Marie biscuits and Oreo biscuits can be bought dessert supplier stores.
